This notice has been prepared by Milvus Robotics Teknoloji A.Ş. (Yeni Bağlıca Mah. Türkeli Cad. No:11/1 Etimesgut/ANKARA, Tel: (0312)-227-0235, Web Site:https://milvusrobotics.com, E-mail: info@milvusrobotics.com) (“Company”), in its capacity as the “Data Controller”, in accordance with Article 10 of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“Law No. 6698”) and the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures to be Followed in Fulfilling the Obligation to Inform.
Cookies and similar tracking technologies such as pixels (“Cookies”) are files placed on your devices such as tablets or computers during your use of online applications like websites. Cookies enable website and application servers to recognize your devices, thereby supporting functions such as remembering language preferences, storing login credentials, and managing on-site traffic. Types of Cookies Based on Purpose of Use

With regard to the data processing activities we perform during the use of strictly necessary cookies, we rely on the legal basis set forth under Article 5 of the Law No. 6698, namely: “Processing of personal data of the parties to a contract is necessary, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract.”
With regard to the data processing activities we perform during the use of advertising and marketing cookies, we rely on the legal basis set forth under Article 5 of the Law No. 6698, namely: “The processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
With regard to the data processing activities we perform during the use of functional cookies, we rely on the same legal basis under Article 5 of the Law No. 6698: “The processing of personal data is necessary for the purposes of the legitimate interests pursued by the data controller, provided that such processing does not violate the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject.”
Strictly Necessary Cookies in Use
Recipients of Processed Personal Data and the Purposes of Transfer
In line with the purposes stated above, the personal data collected may be transferred, in accordance with the data processing conditions set forth under Article 5 of the Law No. 6698 and the personal data transfer rules regulated under Article 8, to consultants and other technical service providers from whom we procure services within the scope of our legitimate interests; to our business partners (such as (Personaclick, Criteo, Google), etc.) with whom we cooperate based on our legitimate interests; and to legally authorized public institutions and private entities, where the transfer is explicitly prescribed by law or necessary for the fulfillment of our legal obligations.
Certain cookies used on the platform are provided by third-party service providers independent of the Company. Subject to your explicit consent, your identity information, contact details, and location data may be transferred to SAP (Germany), Microsoft (USA), and Google LLC (USA), whose servers are located abroad, for the purpose of storage in a cloud environment. Such transfers will be carried out in compliance with the data processing conditions stipulated under Article 5 and the rules governing international data transfers under Article 9 of the Law No. 6698.
Rights of the Data Subject Under Article 11 of Law No. 6698
We hereby inform you that, as a data subject, you have the following rights pursuant to Article 11 of Law No. 6698:
1) To learn whether your personal data is being processed, and if so, to request information regarding such processing,
2) To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used in accordance with the intended purpose,
3) To learn the identity of third parties, domestic or abroad, to whom your personal data has been transferred,
4) To request the correction of your personal data in case it has been incompletely or inaccurately processed, and to request that such corrections be communicated to the third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
5) To request the deletion or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring their processing no longer exist, even if they have been processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 and other relevant legislation, and to request that this operation be communicated to third parties to whom the data has been transferred,
6) To object to any outcome to your detriment arising as a result of the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automated systems,
7) To request compensation for any damage incurred as a result of the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You may submit your requests falling within the scope of Article 11 of Law No. 6698, which regulates the rights of the data subject, to our Company in accordance with the Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for Application to the Data Controller. In the event that you submit a request concerning your rights listed above, our Company will finalize the request as soon as possible and, at the latest, within thirty (30) days, depending on the nature of the request, free of charge. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged in accordance with the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
