Milvus Robotics Raises Series A Funding to $5.5 Million
Company News
Ankara, 21 July 2025 —Milvus Robotics announced that its Series A funding round has extended to USD 5.5 million following a strategic investment by Ak Portföy Venture Capital Investment Fund (GSYF). The company previously disclosed a USD 4.5 million close in May 2025.
The round is led by TT Ventures GSYF and includes APY Ventures, the Regional Development Fund managed by the Türkiye Development Fund, Maxis Ventures and Inveo Ventures. Ak Portföy’s participation further reinforces investor confidence in Milvus Robotics’ international growth strategy and advanced autonomy roadmap.
Milvus Robotics manufactures its SEIT‑series autonomous material‑handling robots in Türkiye and exports more than 75 percent of production to 20+ countries, including the United States, Canada, EU member states and the United Kingdom. These high‑technology systems are actively deployed in the production and logistics operations of multinational enterprises, securing a strong global market position for the company.
Investor interest underscores faith in Milvus Robotics’ plans to accelerate expansion in the Americas, Europe, the UK and the Middle East while introducing next‑generation AMR products with enhanced autonomy capabilities.
The company’s innovation‑ and export‑focused growth vision was recognised in 2024, when Milvus Robotics won first place in the “SME Innovation Results” category at İnovaLig, receiving the award from Türkiye’s Minister of Industry and Technology, Mehmet Fatih Kacır.
Founded in 2011, Milvus Robotics develops AMR solutions that automate in‑plant and warehouse processes worldwide. The company operates from offices in Ankara and Atlanta and employs more than 100 specialists who continue to transform technology into real‑world value.
