Marketing Specialist

Milvus Robotics designs and develops autonomous mobile robots for material handling that work alongside humans and forklifts in a safe and efficient manner. We’re applying the technological potential of autonomy, mobile robots and Artificial Intelligence (AI) across industries to improve production, operations and time to market. We’re looking to grow our team with a passionate, experienced Marketing Specialist to develop and execute a brand-building strategy across public relations, digital and social media, internal communications and executive communications. This is an exciting opportunity to create a proactive strategy and shape a strategic narrative that brings our story to life for our most important stakeholders: employees, customers and partners.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Write a range of creative and compelling communications, including website content, ads, emails, social media posts and more.

  • Monitor and refresh our website to reflect the latest products, solutions and thought leadership content.

  • Oversee LinkedIn, Facebook and Google ads campaign management, including audience targeting, retargeting, keyword research and selection, ad group structuring, ad copy writing and landing page testing and optimization.

  • Use Google AdWords to set up and monitor paid search. Keep pace and report on PPC industry trends and developments. Gather competitive intel, including research on competitor keywords, ad copy and landing pages.

  • Proactively monitor advertising performance and budgets.

  • Develop, manage, coordinate and execute automation campaigns and workflows.

  • Write, build and send emails; Track email campaign metrics (delivery, open, click-through rates). Ensure a ‘clean’ distribution list for those who have opted in for emails.

  • Implement a range of SEO techniques for our website, product listing and landing pages. Review Google Analytics reports and make recommendations accordingly.

  • Track daily, weekly & monthly KPIs to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Partner with sales and product teams to understand “blocks” to brand awareness and demand generations and help relieve those blocks with effective marketing campaigns.

  • Stay on top of trends in robotics, the competitive landscape and industry events

What you’ll bring to our team:

  • B.A. in Marketing, Communications or related field

  • 2-5 years of experience in a sales, marketing or communication role

  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills

  • Proficiency with Content Management Systems

  • Foundation in CRM systems

  • Proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Adwords

  • Strong foundation in organic and paid search

  • Good writing skills with a knack for quickly producing content

  • Strong budget management, project management and organization skills

  • Ability to manage and communicate effectively with freelancers and agencies

  • The ability to tactfully handle rejection in the selling process

  • Data-driven decision-making ability

  • Interest in self-improvement and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies

  • Strong integrity to maintain confidentiality

  • Ability to travel as needed
