Sales Development & Growth Analyst

We’re looking to grow our team with a passionate, experienced Sales Development & Growth Analyst to help plan, implement and oversee all sales programs, both short and long-term, targeted toward existing and new markets. Your expertise will help us secure global systems integrators, drive strategy and execution from lead generation to sales hand-off to customer retention.

What you’ll do day-to-day:

  • Develop a strong understanding of our portfolio, pricing model and proprietary technology
  • Establish a holistic growth strategy that leverages both brand and demand to convert interest into sales
  • Excite B2B customers about how our robotics solutions can enhance their businesses
  • Identify and pursue business opportunities with prospects; Build strong relationships with prospects and provide consultation on their business challenges
  • Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients
  • Gather and maintain steady intel on emerging market, competitors and prospects
  • Grow business opportunities from lead generation to sales hand-off and client retention
  • Prepare presentations, demos and RFIs to pitch and win client business
  • Identify new global system integrators and partners to elevate our competitive edge
  • Generate leads to meet sales and profitability targets that evolve our business
  • Stay on top of trends in robotics, the competitive landscape and industry events

What you’ll bring to our team:

  • B.A. in Business Administration or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales, growth or business development role (preferably at a tech or SaaS company)
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite and CRMs
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
  • Exceptional management of the full-cycle prospecting process
  • The ability to tactfully handle rejection in the selling process
  • Data-driven decision-making ability
  • Interest in self-improvement and staying up-to-date on the latest technologies
  • A commitment to providing exceptional client service
  • Strong integrity to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to travel internationally
